My Pontiac bonneville has a problem when I turn the car on it starts to accelerate by its self and the RPM starts going up then I turn off the car and when I turn it on again it does the same thing but it does that when is parked when you put drive on it still feels that it's accelerating what should I do??

clan throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then check for sticking cable to throttle body
