the back of the seat on the drivers side has pushed back into the back seat.
How do I fix it?

The recliner lock has broken and you will have to remove the upper half of the seat and take the lower half apart to replace locker. I don't reccomend this as it is a safety issue. The best thing would be to go to a salvage yard and get a new seat even if you had to switch out the lower frames it would be safer.
