I had a fuel injector go bad a year ago and I replaced it only to find that I have a bad misfire in the engine. I have replaced the distributor, distributor cap, plugs, wires and even adjusted the timing which seemed to help, but only for a day. The car seems to misfire the worse when under load which is about 45 plus mph. No check engine light is on or anything. Please help so I don't have to keep buying more parts to find out what it is.

Not all faults give a check light so a scan is always a good place to start, also a compression test and a fuel rail pressure test, this will help show up a leaking injector.
