When I pulled one of the spark plug leads out there is oil in the well. Why might this be? Also the car just stop when driving it. Sometimes it'll starts up again straight away and other times I need to wait 20 min beforeit'll start. It also loses power when driving. All the dash lights still work when this happens

Oil getting to the plug tubes indicates bad plug seals. You would have to remove the valve cover to replace them

When engine stalls and could not be started, you need to find out what is missing and proceed from there.
