reset a kill switch?

my son ran our 1993 lexus es300 low on oil. while driving the car just shut the engine off and now will not even try to start. we disconnected the battery and that did not work. is there a hard kill switch that we could reset somewhere? please help

NO, there is no kill switch in that vehicle. If it ran out or low on oil, then it likely have severe internal damage now. If the engine will crank, then do a compression test.
