Without having the benefit of a proper diagnosis, I'd replace the wires first before assuming the cause of the vibration is serious. Collapsed engine mounts can transfer normal engine vibration into the passenger compartment, (and it won't FEEL normal), but that doesn't explain the hesitation.
The next step would be to ground one spark plug wire at a time while the engine is idling to see if one doesn't cause the vibration to get worse. That would identify the cylinder that isn't working. From there you can also swap the injector from that cylinder with one of the other ones to see if the misfire moves to the other cylinder.
