93 Accord rough running

Plugs, wires replaced. No joy. Idles rough @ 750 rpm. No stall, accelerates OK. Possibly related and worse:
Consistent rough running/misfire @ STEADY throttle anywhere in 1800-2200rpm band. Accelerates OK through rough band and runs OK above 2500. Cold or warm.

The rough running at 1800 - 2200 rpmm should be due to a fault with the EGR system.

The rough running could be related but it could be something else such as fuel injectors, engine compression and valve clearances.
