1993 Ford Probe clutch

The clutch in my 1993 Ford Probe V4 is not engaging. The pedal goes all the way to the floor and when I put it into any gear it just idles. What could be the problem and how hard is it to fix?

It sounds like the pressure plate isn't engaging the clutch. You need to remove and check it to see where the problem is. Usually the opposite happens. The clutch won't disengage and you can't shift the transmission. Your issue is the opposite.
