1993 Chevrolet Truck Clutch Master Cylinder

I have replaced both the master cylinder and slave cylinder and the line in-between. Now when I push in the clutch and pressure builds, fluid starts to shoot out from the line where it connects at the reservoir. Can you tell me what might be the problem here?

Are you certain that everything is tight and not cross threaded?

Try reinstalling the hose using Teflon tape. Let me know if that fixes it.
