Car cranks up fine runs fine but the battery light and the anti lock light stays on cut it off and back on and does the same thing figured battery cable might be loose or not have a good connection to the terminals anyody have any ideas

It won't be a loose battery cable. I can tell you that. You likely have two separate problems here. You need to have the charging system tested for the battery light and have the ABS codes read for the ABS light and we can go from there.

A buddy of mine said it could be the wheel censor and my ex just txtd me and said the car died on her and my buddy said the censor could just need to be cleaned

These problems have nothing to do with each other so you need to concentrate on one issue. The speed sensor is only one of dozens of possible causes of the ABS light so forget that for now. Get the charging system tested.
