how to change alternator belt tensioner

the belt is broken and I can't place a new one, I think the tensioner broken
please can you help me

This tensioner bolt on to the engine, if you remove the plastic dust cover on the side of the engine next to the belts, you should see the attach bolts from memory there are 3 or 4 bolts and the tensioner and mounting bracket comes off, have a look i will try and find a pic if i can.
