fuel pump won't run no blown fuses

1992 toyota previa, 125000 miles customer has replaced fuel pump before, fuel pump runs if unplug it, and apply power to the pump leads, ecu shows no codes, there is also no spark, but I have power to the coil., all relays working, and no spark or codes, any ideas?

I would check the EFI and the circuit open relay which controls the fuel pump here is a guide and the locations of the relay.

Yep it was the EFI relay that was bad all corroded once I replaced it the engine fired right up thanks for the advice I love this site.
