This could be a lot of different things from suspension parts to bad tires. Make sure that your tires are all in good condition and the alignment is proper. Next, be sure that your tie rods are in good condition followed by your bushings on your control arms. If your wheels need be balanced this could also be part of the problem. Last, it could also be worn out inner/outer axle hubs and since your car is mostly like 4WD it could be one of four axles front or rear.
