Sorry, if I already submitted this. My phone died right before I submitted it, so I wasn't sure it went through. I previously asked a question about my 92 Plymouth Sundance, specifically the EGR valve system. I took it to get emissions done on it and they said they couldn't test it because the egr has been tampered with, which doesn't make sense since the car doesn't have one. Is there something else that can be throwing off the reading or making it so they can't test the system? I've had no problems having the car pass in years previously, at the same location. I do have a small hole in the muffler. Would that make it not show codes? What do you all think?
