I have replaced the plugs, wires, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, fuel pump and filter but the car idles fine its when you start to drive it will not go past 2000 rpms and starts to chug and sputter so I shift to next gear aandthe rpms still wont go up also the car will not go past about 15mph.

Is the Check Engine Light indicating and have you checked for trouble codes?

No the check engine light never came on at all. And I just cant figure out what else it needs or where to start

Check for clogged exhaust system. Check Throttle Position Sensor, ignition timing.
