It won't start, but turns over and gets spark. Also, the fuel pump does come on. What could be the problem?

Check if the fuel injectors are pulsing.

If you are getting sparks, it is not the ignitior.

Well there was gas coming out of the line. Could it still be the injectors?

Gas at fuel rail does not mean they would be getting to the cylinders. The injectors need to pulse to allow fuel to get into the cylinders. Try some starting fluids to see if it fires up.
