1992 Ford F150 302 is over heating, and I have removed the thermostat and it still over heats. Is the problem that the radiator needs a good flushing

Could be a clogged radiator, defective water pump and a blown headgasket

Thanks a million. The water pump has been change and I haven't notice any noise that relates to a blown head-gasket. Haven't seen any water in my oil either that would indicate a cracked block.
