A/C-Heater start/stop

I have a 1992 Ford Van that the a/c-heater fan kicks on and off. The fan has been replaced along with the resistor but it still does it. Seems to do it, often when going fast speeds (65+mph). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try swapping the blower motor relay and also look for a loose connections could also be the blower switch is failing
