Can't tell how to read your description with no punctuation. If the wiper motor doesn't run on any speed, first check fuse # 18, a yellow 20 amp fuse. If the fuse is okay, measure the voltages at the wiper motor's connector. There should be 12 volts on the brown / white wire when the switch is on the "low" setting and 12 volts on the red / yellow wire on the "high" setting. If those are there, measure the voltage on the metal case of the motor. If you find any voltage there, run a new ground wire between it and the mounting plate. If there's no voltages on those wires, suspect the switch, its connector, or the wiring in between the switch and motor.
