Turning the key clicking like bad battery

Turning the key clicking like bad battery. Battery fully charged tried jumping, changed starter still the same thing. Any suggestions?

Check that you have 12V at the main starter cable and 12V at the small solenoid wire on the starter with the key on crank, if this is ok, either a faulty starter bad earth or engine seized.

Earth is Marks' reference to ground. Earth is the term my Australian friend has grown up with, it just means the negative or ground side here in the USA. Dr. Hagerty
