Air comes out on all 4 levels but its not hot

Check the coolant level, then with the car hot, feel the heater hoses at the firewall. If they aren't hot and the coolants full, then the waterpump isn't pumping. If the are hot then the blend door isn't working. Its a door like the one that changes level only it does temperature. Its operated by a cable in this case.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
