My 91 infiniti wont start, i turn the key and it does nothing but all the lights on the dash light up and work properly. It doesn't even make a click sound when i try and start it, put a new starter on and a neutral saftey switch as well so what could be the problem?

On your model of vehicle, is the starter solinoid attached to the starter? Did you check the fuses and battery connections/cables? Is your ignition switch worn?

Maybe theft deterant and /or inhibitor both located behind left head lamp. do you have a DVOM ? At inhibitor relay see if there is voltage on Black/Wite wire key in start
