Rear wheels will not turn. Ajusted e-brake cable under center console all ready. Car worked fine two weeks ago. What to do next. I can not drive car to the auto repair shop because of this. Is this an e-brake problem or a caliper problem. How can I fix this in my driveway I have tools. Why is this web site making me write out two hundred words? It does not take that many words to describe this problem that I have with the nineteen ninety one dodge stealth rt. Thank you for amy advice that you can provide I hope this is enough letters to process this question.

As far as the 200 words, I don't think it's required. I get many posts that aren't 200 words. Now for your problem. It sounds like the calipers are locked up. Are you able to remove them? If you open the bleeder, can you then turn the wheels?
