My dome light and high mounted brake light don't work. How can I this be resolved?

This can be resolved by fixing what is causing the problem. The first step is partaking of my wondrous wisdom and experience!

These are two separate circuits. Most likely the three bulbs are just burned out. Try the glove box light and / or the map light. If those work, that circuit is okay. It feeds the dome light too.

The center high-mount brake light, as I recall, uses two bulbs that have a high failure rate. They're about the size of acorns. If the other brake lights work, the circuit to the high-mount light has to be okay. That just leaves the bulbs and the ground connection.
