My brakes started about year ago, getting soft. When you brake, it's very soft and makes a swissing sound, it will brake, you have press down, really hard . My brother put a new master cylinder on the truck but it is still does it and bleeded them several times, no change. What causes this and how would he fix this problem? Thank you.
