Blower fan

My blower fan those not work, I check the motor and it works, and I check the what Ithink is the fuse and is ok, but my panel lights do not work, I replace the resistor and the fan still do not work. Please help it's very cool.

Orange wire at blower motor is voltage. Black is ground. Any applicable fuse, use a voltage tester and check for voltage at the fuse circuit.

The power is fed through the switch and then the resister to the motor so your going to have to test the circuit with a testlight.
