Start engine and it idles real fast I have changed the IAC valve

Check for a vacuum leak in the hoses and intake manifold gaskets. When the engine is still cold, spray water on those parts while the engine is running. If you see the water get sucked in and the speed slows down for a few seconds, you found the leak.
