I hit a pothole and my front passenger tire
a bubble in it so I got that fixed and now
my dome lights don't work. My reverse
Lights don't work and my car pulls to the right

The alignment adjustment probably slipped on the side that hit the hole. That will also make the steering wheel off-center.

For the electrical problems, start by checking the fuses.
