My info shows the horn relay gets voltage from the park lamps fuse. The interior lite get it from the courtesy fuse. These databases are not always correct. The fusebox is below. You could use a testlite across the fuse terminals, instead of blowing all your fuses. The testlite should control the amp draw, maybe nothing will get too hot. If the testlite comes on, it's going to ground somewhere? Disconnect circuits on that fuse, one at a time, see if lite goes out?
