That's way too detailed to type in the time I have left in my lifetime. You need to get a copy of the manufacturer's service manual and read through the dozens of pages before you start. There's different axle designs and all of them will be covered.
Basically you need to remove the wheel and brake drum, then if you have the design Ford and Chrysler made popular, there's a plate to remove with four bolts, then you slide the axle shaft out. For the typical GM axle, you need to remove the rear differential cover, spin the ring gear until you find the little bolt with a 5/16" hex head, remove that and hope the pin doesn't break off. That will allow the larger 1" diameter pin to slide out. Once that is out you can push the axle shaft in another 1/4" to let the clip fall off, then the shaft can be pulled out. How to proceed from there depends on if the bearing stayed in the axle housing or if it came out with the shaft.
