I put a battery cutoff switch on the positive cable [ both cables removed befor hand], when I tryed to start the engine, nothingworked, nojuice any where. My trusted parts guy did some searching and came up with replaceing the ignition switch so I did, when I got to the plug, one of the spade connectors was fried on both sides of the coupler. Any way, I put 39 amp fusable link w/ a new spadeon that wire and everything work accept the starter. That seems to be black wire w/ white stripe, no juice, is there a rely I cant find, or is there something else Iam missing. I have checked all the fuses and fusable link from the battery to the firewall, tested all the wires inthe harness w/ atest light they all good, but the black w/ white stripe.

I'm looking at the schematic and the only thing I see for a manual transmission is the black / white wire (or black / yellow) going from the ignition switch through a jumper wire and to the starter. Take a look at the attached schematic.
