The minimum donation is two dollars. I just looked and there is no question waiting for a reply related to a Jeep. I don't look to see if someone was considerate enough to make a donation for my time and expertise. I answer all the questions that I know the answer to because my goal is to help car owners. You either missed the automated e-mail directing you to the reply to your question, you entered the wrong e-mail address, you posted on a different web site, or your question didn't get an answer.
I looked back through the last four weeks. There's only one Jeep question waiting for an answer. It's for a 2000 model and the description doesn't make sense. It's clear why no one bothered to post an answer.
I can't even help you now because you didn't state the problem, and you found the solution already. When you really make a donation, then you aren't happy with the replies, even when we respond back and forth multiple times in an attempt to figure out the solution, you can ask for a refund. I've never done it myself so I don't know the procedure, but in the past I've offered to help in the process if necessary. No one has ever asked for my help with that.
