Get the manufacturer's service manual and read through the pages of instructions. This is a major project that is almost impossible without having the car on a hoist. You will have to lower the cross member with the engine and transmission to get to the assembly. If you don't mark its location, you will surely reinstall it in a different orientation. That will lead to severe handling problems that an alignment will not fix.
If you really want to attempt this job, haul your tool box to one of the pick-your-own-parts salvage yards and do the job on one of those cars first, then decide if you want to try it on your car.
