Did you check for spark at the plugs? You didn't say you had spark. Is fuel injected or carbed?

I don't care if the spark plugs are new, did you check for spark at the plugs? Fuel--spark--compression, that is where I would start. Does the rotor turn when you crank it? Crank it a couple of times, see if there is any gas in the float bowl. With a rockchester carb, I can usually take the air horn off without removing the carb, to look in the float bowl.

When you work the linkage on the throttle, can you see gas squirt in the throttle bore? If you use a little starter fluid in the carb, will the engine try to hit? What about spark and valve timing?
