You need a 15mm swivel socket. Loosen the bolts then you'll see a long adjustment screw. Then pry up idem then spin the adjusting bolt
Check drive belt for cracks, fraying, wear and proper tension. Adjust or replace belts as necessary. Using a suitable belt tension gauge, adjust belt according to the following specifications: 5/16 inch-80 lbs. Max. (New), 50 lbs. Min. (Used); 3/8 inch-140 lbs. Max. (New), 70 lbs. Min. (Used); 15/32 inch-165 lbs. Max. (New), 90 lbs. Min. (Used).
