Where does the choke cable from carburetor

In 1984 Toyota 22R pickup go to? where does it need to be connected? I have webber carburetor no choke cable installed. Needs choke cable and where to connect it (not on carburetor but elsewhere)

are you sure it is a manual choke carb? weber made a few different varieties and it cold be electric. you shold check first. if it's a cable there shold be a lever with a little bolt on it to install the cable.
