My tale lights and front and back turn signals work but my running lights and headlights wont work

I have a 1983 Chevy s10 truck and my lights and running lights wont work, my turn signals and break lights both work and i have already tried to replace the headlight switch and it did nothing.

In the diagram, the tan wire and lite green wire are voltage for high and low beams. The yellow wire is voltage from head lamp switch to dimmer Maybe the dimmer switch has a problem?
