In the rear of my dually it had something I think called a weight distribution that tells the rear drums that there's more weight to adjust them for better brakeing but is that what its called? I'm not sure but its like the metal bar that goes to the bottom of my bed to the rear. Thankyou

To the best of my knowledge, that is similar to an anti sway bar that keeps the vehicle stable when it is loaded. There is nothing that I know of that adjusts the brakes.

The common name is "height-sensing proportioning valve". All vehicles have a proportioning valve to limit the amount of fluid pressure to the rear brakes during hard stops. That reduces their tendency to lock up. Trucks and minivans typically use an adjustable proportioning valve because there can be such a wide range of load in the rear. With more weight in the rear, more braking power is needed, and that weight will prevent the rear tires from skidding when they get more fluid pressure.
