1980 Gmc Truck Clutch Pedal Sticks Floor Ive Removed Wires That Culd

Clutch pedal sticks to the floor, ive removed any wires that culd be interfering with the linkages and ive greased the zirc and a lot of grease comes out the other side. What else could i do and what do i may have to replace?

the z bar bushings, the fork, the pedal assembly itself or the clutch may be the issue

I know what your talking about when you say z bar but what is it actually called? Just so i know what to say ordering parts.
