I have replaced the coil plug wire distributor modual cap and rotor still no fire help?

Are you saying that you tested for spark and there is none?
What kind of ignition system do you have? HEI?

I have power to the coil both with just the key on and when cranking

If you have a spark but it's not strong enough, that pretty much eliminates the module and power supplies. It can be a weak coil or high resistance somewhere along it's path to the spark plug.

It was a broken wire for the pick up coil

So, that would mean that you couldn't have had any spark at all. That component provides the reference signal for the ignition.
