My camry runs really rough and when I go up hills and accelerate it gets worse. I have had the car for a few years and haven't taken very good care of it. I haven't gotten routine oil changes or tune ups. Where should I start?

Give it a major tune-up and get the exhaust system check for restriction

Also might consider checking the idle air control valve and the exhaust gas recirculation valve check.
