First of all thank you so much for your donation's. Now for your ground's for the brake light's the third brake light ground is below the driver's seat. The left brake light ground is
verifone said>my 3rd break light, when my lights where on & the emergency break applied, the 3rd light came on, take off the emergency break & it worked like it suppose to. Also when I would apply the breaks the dash light & radio lights got brighter, it happens every time I step on the breaks.

Now the 3rd brake light comes on when I turn on my lights and stays on, when I apply the breaks the 3rd break light gets brighter. All the other break lights are working fine.
Saturntech9 says>First of all thank you so much for your donation's. Now for your ground's for the brake light's the third brake light ground is below the driver's seat. The left brake light ground is behind the left tail lamp assembly. The right brake light ground is under the rear package try on the right side. That is above the rear upper of the back seat where your rear speaker's are mounted. If you turn the parking light's on does the third brake light come on?Or do you have to turn the head light's on to get the third brake light to come on?You can check all the ground's to the brake light's if you want but I feel the headlight or parking light ground is the problem. Since when you turn the headlight's on the third brake light come's on. Get a ohm meter put it on low scale ground one side of it. Then touch the other lead of the ohm's meter to the black wire to both left and right brake light's it should read two ohm's or less. Now go to the third brake and ground on lead of the ohm's meter low scale on the meter and touch the other lead to the black wire of the third brake light it should read 2 ohm's or less. Now behind the left head light there is a ground splice pack see if that has 2 ohm's or less to ground from the wire's coming off of that. Also do the same to the right frame rail ground that you found. Check the left front Frame rail ground as well. Also check the black wire to your parking brake switch for a good ground. You said putting the ebrake on turned on the third brake light on so it would make sense that ground was bad. Let me know what you find.

So what your saying is when you turn on the parking light's or the head light's or apply the ebrake the third brake light and both the left and right brake and parking light's light up?Let me know so I can tell you the next thing to check. Also what if the parking/head light's are off as well as the ebrake and you step on the brake does the dash light's come on when you step on the brake?

AS it originily stood when I put on the brakes the dash light came on & if the lights where on the dash lights got brighter.
It happens all the time
& if the lights where on & I put on the emergency break than the 3rd light came on.

Change in recent weeks. Is that when I turn on the lights (headlights or parking light) the 3rd light comes on & also on the stoplights both filement come on.
Also when I step on the breaks the stoplight do get brighter.
I already chanded the break light switch & no change.

Thanks

Alright go check both rear brake light's the left and the right and make sure they both have a double filament bulb and not a single filament one. They should be a 2057 bulb let me know what you find.

Alright go back to your left and right brake bulb harness where the brake bulb socket is get your multimeter out and set it to low ohm's scale if you have a 200 ohms scale set it to that not the 200K scale etc just 200 ohm's and probe the into the light blue and the brown wire's insulation first on the left and then on the right brake bulb harnesses. Let me know if those two wire's show a ohm's reading and if so what the value is.

So did the meter read no reading like the lead's weren't even hooked up?Or did the meter say 0 ohm's meaning those wire's were connected?

Alright now were getting somewhere those two circuit's shouldn't be together. Now here's what I want you to do next there is a plastic panel right next to where you get in the car on the driver side that run's across where you would step into the car that also goes up to the body remove that panel it just snap's in place. Behind that panel closer to the dash there is a large connector unplug that and go see if those two wire's are still connected at the brake light's. If they are then the problem is from that connector back. That plug feed's all the wire's to both left and right parking light's and brake light's including the third brake light. That would isolate the problem from that connector back.

I believe that I found the connectors, to make sure they are correct, it is located by the driver left foot. It seems like there is 2 conectors, is this the correct one.
I will be doing checking this out this weekend.
What is the reading that I would be looking for, what would be the next step.
Thanks

There should be two of them one is big the other one is small one. You want to unplug the big one and then go back to the brake light socket's the left and right one and check and see if the light blue blue and the brown wire are still connected to each other at each socket like you said they were before you unplugged that connector. The light blue is for the brake's the brown is for the parking light's those two wire's should be independent from each other not connected. That is why both element's in the brake bulb are lighting up at the same time when you step on the brake's. If those two wire's are still connected to each other when you unplug that big connector then your problem will be from that connector to the back of the car.

I HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM, TO ALL MY ELETRICAL PROBLEM. ONE ROTTEN BREAK LIGHT BULB(RIGHT SIDE). DAMM WHAT A GOOSE CHASE.
Once I replaced that bulb all of my eletrical problems went aay.
Thank you so much for your support.

One more question, where is the fuel filter located, I was told from the auto part store that there isin't an external filter, that it is located inside the tank, then some people or even the dealer say that is located on the outside, I have gotten a price range from $20.00 to $100.00 to I have to drop the tank.

Glad to hear you got it all figured out. There is a fuel filter it's mounted to the body of the car under the car driver's side by the gas tank. The filter's are 30 at auto zone the reason they can be as much as 100 is because they have the fuel pressure regulator built into them. They should be changed every 100,000 mile's and by then there really clogged.
