2002 Oldsmobile Alero car cranks but wont start when outide

I have a 2002 olds alero when it is hot outside it will crank but doenot start in morning and night when cool outside starts right up and runs great.

i have replaced spark plugs and air filter.

the security lite is not lit, the service engine soon lite is not lit

This is sounds strange, but check the engine coolant temperature sensor, I have found that in 95 percent of these situations, the ect is at fault. The circuit opens when it is hot. Once it is started, and gets hot nine times out of ten it will not stall, but once you shut it down it will not start till it cools again, make sense? Also is there a check engine light on?

Just changed the ICM and still no start.

No check engine lite.

Right now it will not start and checked the schareder valve on the fuel rail and there is no gas pressure.

Will the ect being bad stop the car from sending fuel?

When you goto on or start with the key the fuel pump relay klicks like it is [picking up

At this point check fuel filter and if you have an immobilizer that could be your problem and listen for the fuel pump to come on if not check add relay or replace pump
