1997 Nissan Sentra Car won't start

Here are the things that have been done
New starter
New battery
New cables

Car still will not turn over no sound no power to door locks, no light on instrument panel. Nothing.
Then last night the door locks worked and the dome light come on but still would not start. Now no power to door locks please help!

Did you meant it cranks over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing?

Zip will not crank will not do anything no power to door locks. Then with key in ignition still nothing no dome or instrument lights no nothing
