1992 Nissan Sentra help wont start

I was on the highway going 95 in 3rd and went to shift into 4rth an it went into 2nd gear an all I heard was grinding an now it wont start please help

Yikes, you may have bent your valves, by over-revving the engine. Did the RPM gauge go into the red? If so then you'll probably need a valve job. Do a compression test first. If you've got no compression then take it to a mechanic that does major engine work.
