Hi there,
You will need to track the power supply through the switch, down to the transmission isolator switch and on to the starter, this can be a bit complex, but a quick check to eliminate the starter is to check if you have 12V at the starter solenoid wire (the small push on terminal) at the starter with the key on crank, and there is battery voltage at the main terminal, if so and still no go, the starter will be faulty, if no power at the solenoid terminal on crank, there will be a fault up the circuit.
