1999 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

car cranks well and has spark, if I spray fuel in throttle body car will run, and I have fuel up through the filter
still no start. Which sensor operates the injectors?

Check the fuel pressure and also if the injectors are pulsing. If its not pulsing and has power to the injectors the ground drivers circuit of the computer is defective

Might also be that the computer is not getting an ignition reference signal to pulse the injectors

Some manufactures uses the CMH sensor to synchronize the injectors

The car has ignition coil pulse just not injector pulse is? Is it the same pulse to the ecm and the ecm sends return signal to both injectors and coil?
Also how common does a ecm go bad
