1998 Nissan Maxima Idle speed 1100 when car starts after ru

My car idle speed of 1100 rpm when I start the car, after I drive for 15 mins, rpm comes down to 700-600 is this normal? Do I have any problem with the car? Recently I have changed the spark plugs, air filter, transmission fluid, knock sensor.

15 mins is too long -try cleaning out the IACV-AAC valve ( idle air control valve-auxulliary air control ) and the FICD ( fast idle control device )

Can I clean these parts on my own or Do I need to go to the auto center? Do you know how much they are going to charge me? Is there any web page that explains how to perform this? Please let me know.
