1989 Honda Civic trouble starting when it is warm out side.

1989 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My honda sometime does not start when it is warm outside or if I have driven it and shut it off. It will not start again until I bummp it. What part could this be? The egnition switch, clutch censor or what. I cant figure it out.
