1999 Honda Accord Hard to Strat

I have a 1999 Honda Accord EX that I bought in 2006 for my daughter. I had a major tune-up in the spring of 2007 and a new battery and alternator replaced. Last week she started having trouble starting the car. She had the battery and alternatior tested at Auto Zone and they both checked out ok but the problem still exist Could you please give me you educated advise on this issue. Thank you.

Your gonna have to check your fuel pressure and spark. I'll send you some video links on how to do the job
